Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Vona, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Use of Service
Vona is a personal health tracking application designed to help you log symptoms, connect wearable data, and build structured health records. You must be at least 18 years old to use Vona.
Vona has no accounts or sign-in. Your data lives only on your device, so keeping your device secure — for example with a passcode or Face ID — is how you keep your Vona data private. Vona also offers an optional in-app lock.
Not Medical Advice
Vona is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information and insights provided by Vona are for informational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding your health or medical conditions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read or seen in Vona.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all health data you enter into Vona. Because your data is processed and stored entirely on your device, we neither receive nor hold it — there is no server-side copy for us to access. We do not and cannot sell your data.
You can permanently delete all your data at any time from the app's settings, or simply delete the app. Since your data lives only on your device, this removes every copy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Vona. This includes attempting to access the service by any means other than the provided interfaces, reverse engineering the app, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Termination
We may end your licence to use Vona if you violate these terms. Because Vona runs entirely on your device with no account, you can also stop using it at any time by deleting the app, which removes all your data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post significant changes in the app and on this page. Continued use of Vona after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
