Your health data is private by design. Vona is built with privacy at its core, and we are committed to protecting your personal information.

We collect only the data necessary to provide Vona's features. Your health information is processed on your device first, and you control what leaves it.

Health Data

Vona reads HealthKit data from your Apple Watch and iPhone (sleep, HRV, skin temperature, and heart rate) to surface patterns and insights relevant to perimenopause and menopause. You have full control over which metrics Vona can access.

Your health data:

• Is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent
• Stays on your device by default; optional cloud backup is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Is subject to the data protection laws of your jurisdiction

Cloud Sync & Data Sharing

Vona offers optional cloud sync powered by Firebase to securely back up your health data across your devices. Cloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can disable sync at any time in app settings. We never share your personal health data with advertisers or data brokers.
