Your health data is private by design. Vona is built with privacy at its core, and we are committed to protecting your personal information.

Vona processes your health information entirely on your device. There are no accounts and no cloud — your data is never uploaded to our servers, and nothing leaves your device unless you choose to create an encrypted backup.

Health Data

Vona reads HealthKit data from your Apple Watch and iPhone (sleep, HRV, skin temperature, and heart rate) to surface patterns and insights relevant to perimenopause and menopause. You have full control over which metrics Vona can access.

Your health data:

• Is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent
• Stays on your device — Vona has no cloud and no account, so it is never uploaded or synced to our servers
• Is subject to the data protection laws of your jurisdiction

Data Sharing

Vona does not sync your data to the cloud. There is no account and no server-side copy — your health data lives only on your device. If you want a backup, or to move to a new device, you can export an encrypted file that only you can open. Because your data never leaves your device, it is never shared with advertisers or data brokers.
