Menopause symptoms, decoded.
Not guessed at.
Log symptoms in 90 seconds. Vona reads your Apple Watch, finds the patterns behind your worst days, and builds a clinical report you can hand to your doctor.
Free on iPhone. Requires iOS 17.6 or later. Apple Watch optional.
How it works
90-second check-in
Track symptoms across eight domains: sleep, mood, energy, cognition, vasomotor symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats, physical comfort, sexual health, and digestion. Log HRT, medication and supplements alongside them.
Wearable intelligence
Vona reads Apple Health and Apple Watch data — heart rate variability, skin temperature, resting heart rate and sleep stages — and translates it into plain language for perimenopause and menopause.
Clinical report
Turn weeks of tracking into a structured report: symptom timeline, biometric trends, HRT and medication notes, and pre-drafted questions tailored to your own data.
Inside the app
What you get
- Trigger patterns
- Vona correlates alcohol, caffeine, exercise, stress and sleep against your most disruptive symptoms, so you find out what actually makes your hot flashes worse and why some nights are harder than others.
- Midlife Health Score
- One score across every symptom domain, tracked over time. Watch it shift as you adjust HRT, try new habits, or move through hormonal stages.
- Weekly Body Brief
- Every Sunday, a summary of your week, so you never lose the thread between appointments.
- Library
- Articles on symptoms, HRT, sleep, mental health and nutrition, surfaced for the hormonal stage you are actually in.
- Private by design
- Your raw health data stays on your device. It is never sold, and never shared with advertisers, insurers or employers.
Common questions
Is Vona free?
Yes. The free plan tracks your three most important symptom domains with 30 days of history. The Clinical plan unlocks all eight domains, unlimited history, clinical reports, trigger correlations, full wearable intelligence, medication tracking and the weekly Body Brief.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Vona works from your daily check-ins alone. If you do wear an Apple Watch, Vona adds heart rate variability, skin temperature, resting heart rate and sleep stages to the picture.
What can I actually show my doctor?
A structured clinical report: your symptom timeline, biometric trends, HRT and medication notes, and pre-drafted questions based on your own data. It is built for a GP, gynaecologist or hormone specialist to read in minutes.
Is my health data private?
Your raw health data stays on your device. Vona never sells it, and never shares it with advertisers, insurers or employers.
Who is Vona for?
Women roughly 38 to 62, at any stage. Whether you are in early perimenopause, full menopause or post-menopause, Vona adapts to the stage you are in.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone running iOS 17.6 or later. Apple Watch and Apple Health are optional but unlock the wearable insights.
Vona surfaces health patterns to help you and your doctor make informed decisions. It does not diagnose conditions or replace medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms and treatment.
